For which? The 128 km or the 168?   Grin

There's two months to go and while I may give the 128 a shot the 168 is probably not do-able in my present condition. I really think that the site should say when is the rally supposed to end. And they think that people may rent bikes for this event? Crazy!

There are actually quite a number of people on rented bikes on this event. That also goes for OCBC cycling and Runway Bike and Blade.

I mean, you have to make sure that the bike fits properly, that it's in proper condition, and that you yourself are in shape. I can see a rental being used for a short distance like 20-30 kms but over a hundred?

Yeah I agree with you. I think people who rent bike on this type of ride do not realise the importance of proper be fit.
In previous rally I came across people riding without water bottle (as there are water point along the way), and another rider's saddle was way too high.

They are call "SEASON" rider.......ops, I mean SEASONAL.
